  • Documents for the contest

    The participants in the contest to select the residents shall submit the following documents:
    - Application for contest;
    - Copy of registration certificate as subject of entrepreneurial activity in Moldova, issued by the Public Services Agency;
    - Copy of the document on the payment of the participation fee;
    - Business plan for 2-3 years of activity;
    - Copy of the balance sheet for the last year of activity;
    - Copy of identity documents.

  • Permitted activities in the FEZ "Ungheni-Business"

    In the free economic zone can be performed the following activities:

    a) industrial production;

    b) sorting, packing, marking and other similar operations with goods in transit through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova;

    b1) foreign trade

    c) other auxiliary activities, such as utilities, warehousing, construction, catering, etc., necessary to perform the activities specified above.

    - Fee for contest paticipation 400 Eur
    - Fee for resident certificate 600 Eur
    - Fee for authorisation 1000 Eur

    Fees on net sales

    - Industrial production 0,5%-1%
    - Sorting, packing, marking and other similar operations with goods in transit through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova up to 2% - Foreign trade up to 2%
    - Other activities (public service, warehousing constructions, etc.) up to 2%

    Other fees

    Land lease fee 0,5 - 1,5 EUR per 1m2/year
